These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all mobile applications (“Apps”) published under the developer account Bear Bob Studio, operated by Artiom Krylov and Stanislav Tkachev (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not install or use our Apps.

Use of the Apps
Our Apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code of our Apps;
• interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Apps;
• use the Apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

All intellectual property—graphics, animations, UI, logic, gameplay systems, art assets, and related materials—remains the exclusive property of Bear Bob Studio.

License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use our Apps on your device in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Apps.

Third-Party Services
Our Apps integrate third-party tools and services that may have their own Terms and policies. By using our Apps, you also agree to the Terms of these third parties.

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Unity
• AppLovin
• CAS.ai
• IronSource
• AppMetrica

We are not responsible for any actions, data processing, or policies of third-party providers.

In-App Purchases
Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• payments are processed by Google Play or other platform providers;
• pricing may differ by region;
• purchases are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our Apps immediately and without notice if:

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that:

• our Apps are provided “as is”;
• we do not guarantee the Apps’ uptime, performance, or compatibility;
• we are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from your use or inability to use our Apps;
• we are not responsible for device failures, OS updates, network interruptions, or third-party actions.

Where local laws do not allow certain exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Any changes will be posted on this page.
Continued use of our Apps after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
